Rep. Hans Zeiger talks with KVI


Rep. Hans Zeiger talks with KVI about the high cost of education, and his belief that the financial aid system in Washington state is unsustainable.  Zeiger has signed on to a bill that would make community college free for some residents in the state.  Zeiger says that there is a $250 million shortfall in the financial aid system, and priorities within the system favor high cost four year universities.
