Reps.
Bruce Dammeier and Hans Zeiger will host a town hall meeting Saturday, July 16, at the Puyallup Public Library. The 25th District lawmakers are encouraging residents to bring their ideas and questions to the event, which will run from 10 a.m. to noon.

“A lot of folks are interested in what the recent legislative sessions will mean for our communities. This is a good opportunity for people to ask us questions and for everyone to share their views,” said Dammeier. “The two-way communications at town hall meetings are a valuable resource for me. This exchange of ideas helps me make more informed decisions in the Legislature and I really appreciate people's input.”

“Citizen input is absolutely essential to our work in the Legislature,” said Zeiger. “Since the legislative session ended, I have been meeting with constituents throughout the community, and I look forward to talking with my neighbors about the budget and other matters on July 16.”

Dammeier will also be holding a telephone town hall meeting Tuesday, July 12, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. To participate, residents of the 25th District can call 1-877-229-8493 and enter 14998. From there, they can press *3 (star 3) to ask their state lawmaker questions.
